When you first enter Ten-Ring Archery's On-line Shop you will be greeted with the following screen. An explanation of the site's features and use is given below:

Will return you to Ten-Ring Archery's home page.

Reloads the on-line shop start page, as shown above.

This will take you to a page which explains more about the company (including pictures and details of the shop & range), the terms & conditions and general information about ordering from Ten-Ring.

Takes you to a search option, which will enable you to search the on-line shop using keywords.

Will show you a list of the items you have placed in your shopping cart. Items can also be removed and quantities changed here.

This will take you to a step by step checkout area where you can enter your personal details and chose delivery options.

Takes you to a page giving information on how to contact the company. This includes: postal address, telephone & fax numbers, opening hours, directions to the shop, e-mail address and e-mail enquiry form.

On the main body or header of the pages you will find image buttons and hover text links. These take you to the various sub sections or products of the on-line shop. You can move back to the other sections by using the shop button, text links or main section links ( the last two are explained below).

Text links appear as you move deeper into the on-line shop. They provide the ability to move back to a previous page in the current section or back to the start of the on-line shop.

The top section of all the pages contains links to the main and most popular sections of the on-line shop. Index takes you back to the main page and the other links move you to the start of each sub section.

The Buy Item image button adds the desired product to your shopping cart. After clicking on this button you can select the required quantity, cancel the purchase, go straight to the checkout or confirm the purchase and carry on shopping. Changes to your shopping cart can always be made by clicking on the View Cart button.

Clicking on this button will open a pop-up currency converter window. This enables you to work out convert prices form £ (GB Sterling) to your desired currency using real time exchange rates.

Once you have selected a product click on the "Buy Item" button. The following screen will then appear. An explanation of the main buttons and key features is given below:

Lets you confirm the purchase and carry on shopping.

Confirms the purchase and takes you to the check out area.

Cancels the adding of the chosen product to your shopping cart.

Once you have entered the checkout area you will be asked across various pages to enter your personal details such as name, address, delivery address and credit card details. The credit card details will be encrypted using a high level 128bit encryption key. This makes it impossible for anyone to intercept your credit card details on-line. The details once they have been encrypted are securely stored on the site until they are retrieved by our computer at Ten-Ring Archery. It is only then that the details can and are decrypted. This ensures your transaction is 100% secure. We know of no known cases of credit card fraud using this software.
