Instructions for assembly:

1. Distinguish the upper limb from the lower limb (the lower limb shows the label with indications of measurements and power).
2. Fix the upper limb in its appropriate space on the plastic of the handle, making sure that it is well aligned and tighten the screws. Repeat the same operation for the lower limb.

Placing the string on the bow:

We recommend that you use a false string because this is a difficult operation.

1. Insert the bigger loop of the string in the inner side of the limb.
2. Insert the other loop of the string in the other limb's tip.
3. Take the bow stringer and wind the smaller cap on the tip of the limb and fix it (on the limb point A).
4. Insert the other cap on the second limb.
5. Take the handle of the bow and block the stringer with your foot.
6. Pull the handle vertically to bend the bow and hold the cap tightly while doing so.
7. When the limbs are sufficiently bent, let the sling slowly slide up to the notch on the tip of the limb.

Position of false stringer and how to string a bow

The bow is now assembled

Release slowly and remove the bow stringer. Make sure the string is correctly positioned. For a good maintenance we recommend that you disassemble the bow after each use. For disassembling follow the instructions for the assembling.

Shooting:

Stance Before Shooting:

The shooter sands perpendicular to the target, toes touching an imaginary line to the target, feet shoulder width apart, weight on the balls of the feet. The arrow is laid on the arrow rest.

Extend:

Position your fingers on the string and the arrow between the index and the middle finger. Hold the string while bending the fingers. Do not pull with the elbow but with the shoulders (back muscles) making sure that the limb of the bow remains tightly pulled towards the target without muscle contractions. Place the index finger of the pulling hand under the chin, so that the string touches your lips and your nose. In this position keep the hand holding the bow, the chin and the pulling elbow well aligned in order to have a better stability.

Aiming:

For a right handed archer, aim the target with the right eye through the target viewer.

Release and Follow Through:

Bowstring touches the centre of your nose and lips. The fingers pulling the string are slightly extended forward to release the string. The entire body should remain in the same position. Do not change the position of your body after shooting. Excluding the shooting arm, the rest of your body must remain immobile.

Shooting Equipment:

Armguard:
Is used to protect the arm from eventual rubbing of the string during release phase. It should be worn on the forearm which holds the bow.

Tab and Glove:
Protects the fingers when you release the string to shoot.
